This particular wheel configuration is specifically designed to provide high performance polishing of both the bevel and the front arris.
The addition of a polishing wheel dedicated to the front arris is therefore designed for those processes in which the front arris is more visible and therefore requires an excellent level of finish.
Grinding and polishing of the pencil edge, bevel and front arris in a single step eliminates the need to move the piece, thus optimizing production.
The structure and the construction materials give great strength to these machines, creating the conditions to obtain precise results, perfectly repeatable, even in the face of very demanding production cycles.
