A wheel configuration designed for high speeds
Straight-line beveling machine designed to satisfy every need and to work on glasses even of small dimensions. The configuration of the wheels allows to work at very high speeds.
The straight-line beveller 471 – the name shows the combination of the wheels: 4 felts + 7 diamond wheels, 5 of which are resin and 2 metallic + 1 peripheric metallic diamond wheel – is the ideal machine to meet every need, up to the beveling of pieces of minimum size ensuring an impeccable finish.The design of this beveler has been conceived for those realities that have to cope with varied requests, while maintaining unchanged the quality standards of the bevel finishing. The quality and accuracy of the construction process gives these machines great reliability: performance is guaranteed over time.
The presence of the 7th grinding wheel allows to process glass at speeds up to 10m/minute, while maintaining a constant quality level.
The very high potential for customization allows to meet the specific requirements of the customer in every construction detail.
