The machine with integrated dubbing device for complete automation
This solution from Bovone allows you to equip yourself with a flexible machine capable of automatically dubbing the glass vertex. It can be integrated with a robotic handling system.
The ELB 10+1 can process glass sliding on conveyor belts or in synergy with a robot used for glass handling.Moreover, the versatility of the machine allows the grinding and polishing of the glass edge without the need of using the dubbing.
The automation of the process translates into an important increase in the productivity of the system.
In addition to versatility, the ELB 10+1 is able to reach high quality levels of edge polishing, which reach excellence by activating the use of liquid cerium.
The sturdy cast iron basement eliminates the possibility of machine torsion guaranteeing high precision grinding and polishing. Moreover, the ordinary maintenance operations and the tooling of the grinding wheels are particularly facilitated thanks to a careful design in this sense.
