State of the art flat edge, bevel and arris polishing in a single pass
The wheel package with which this edger is configured allows to obtain excellent quality standards on flat and inclined edges and on arrises. In fact, three wheels are added specifically to obtain great results in the polishing phases.

With this machine, as well as the flat and inclined edge, both arrises are polished with cerium, obtaining a perfect finish on all three processes.
The simultaneity of the process allows to optimize operation times and to avoid risks of compromising the machined piece related to handling. This model can be integrated into fully automated robotic systems, opening up great opportunities in terms of production optimization.
