The 11/45 model allows you to perform, in addition to the straight edge processing, literally perfect 45° cuts, ready to be coupled: also thanks to the stability of the piece during processing guaranteed by the vertical orientation, you can obtain such precise finishing levels that no further hand processing is necessary.
The quality of Bovone cutting exceeds the quality achieved by the other technologies used so far in the stone sector – warterjet and edge polishing – and a higher processing speed.
Given the high level of quality and precision of the finish, Stonedge 11/45 is highly performing especially in the processing of ceramic agglomerates that reproduce natural stone: the natural stone effect given by the continuity of the texture is secured thanks to perfectly continuous couplings.
From the rough cut of the piece, it goes directly to the automatic edger that works in series at very high speed: when they come out, the pieces are ready to be assembled without having to go through further rectifications and controls, with consequent reduction of costs and potential risks of compromise of the piece through handling.
