Glasstec 2024, from October 22 to 25 in Düsseldorf, will be the occasion to celebrate Bovone’s 70th birthday. A history where innovation and tradition combine to create cutting-edge technological solutions that have supported international glass production since 1954.
Innovation and tradition interpreted this year by the new 7-axis integrated robotic system that will be operational at the Bovone booth in demo mode throughout the event. This advanced edging and polishing system offers increased capacity, space optimization and operational flexibility to provide the industry with a tool that ensures high productivity, millimeter accuracy, reduced operating costs and great flexibility.
Booth D43 in Hall 16 will be shared with sister company BDT, which is depositing the important milestone of its first 20 years in business. It is a synergy that enhances both companies: configurations with BDT grinding wheels improve the performance of Bovone machines, and the sharing of know-how puts BDT in a position to offer a range of grinding wheels and tools of absolute excellence in terms of productivity, finishing and life cycle.
Both Bovone and BDT’s dedicated teams will be happy to host customers at their booth D43 inside Hall 16 and show them how their solutions can improve production processes.
